Cypress Development Corp. is a Canadian gold and base metal exploration company developing projects in Red Lake, Ontario, Canada, and in Nevada, U.S.A.
Len28, Shilohap, Ful-Of-Gas, Rockstar, Barak, etc.
Am I missing something in this picture? Or is it still being developed. (ASSAY'S??)

The companies have received results from the 2nd wedge hole BR-08-3E. A zone from 2177.8 metres to 2181.9 metres returned 2.47 grams per tonne gold over 4.1 metres. This zone lies above the Thrust Package. A second zone from 2660 metres to 2661 metres returned 2.62 grams per tonne gold over 1 metre within a large zone of anomalous gold values from 2637 metres to 2665 metres. This second zone lies within the Thrust Package.

A winter drill program has now been completed that has included a mother hole and 2 daughter (wedge) holes for a total of 8320 metres drilled. The winter drill program targeted the potential down-dip extension of the newly discovered Bruce Channel Gold Deposit (BCGD) owned by Goldcorp. The companies currently await assay results from the 2nd wedge hole (BR 08-3E).
A summer drill program has now been initiated on the Broulan Reef property with the drill rig being mobilized to east shore of McKenzie Island with permission received from Goldcorp to locate and collar the new mother hole on Goldcorp's acreage.
Drilling to date has provided convincing evidence that the setting that hosts the BCGD on the Goldcorp ground continues unabated on to the Broulan Reef property of Cypress and Skyharbour.

Drill hole BR08-3D was completed to a depth of 2737 metres. A large, very strong shear zone with alteration was encountered continuously between 2658 metres and 2725 metres in the hole. The core length of 67 metres is believed to represent 75 to 80% of true width based on measured core angles.
The hole was completed near the north property boundary and at the technical limit of the drill. The shear zone with alteration is approximately 150 metres south of and along the interpreted strike extension of the Finn gold zone identified by Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. in 2006 and 2007.
The zone consists of strong biotite alteration with silicification and quartz veining in mafic-ultramafic lithologies and sericite-silica alteration of a sheared siliceous porphyry. Assays from the zone have been completed and were generally low with the best value being 0.31 grams per tonne Au over 0.5 metres. A weak nugget effect is evident where visible gold was observed. In spite of the low gold values in this location, it is believed this structure is capable of hosting significant gold grades and widths.
A second wedge hole BR08-3E has been started and has targeted the strike extension of the structure approximately 100 metres south of the initial intersection. This hole will establish the attitude of the structure on the property and potentially for mineral content similar to that of the Finn zone

A new zone was intersected in the first wedge hole as it approached the north boundary of the Broulan Reef property. Cypress and Skyharbour believe this is part of the north--south trending system that extends 2.5 kilometres from the Couchenour mine and includes the Bruce Channel and Finn gold zones bought by Goldcorp from Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. in 2008. The zone is very strong and distinct where intersected. The zone consists of 14.2 metres (core length) of near solid quartz veining and an additional 27.5 metres (core length) of sheared and altered felsic porphyries. Visible gold was noted in this latter unit. Core angles would indicate the core lengths reported are 75% to 80% of true widths. The entire zone is moderately to strongly sheared and altered. Alteration in mafic units is dominantly biotitic with carbonate. In felsic units the alteration consists primarily of sericite. Samples from the entire zone are currently being cut and submitted to TSL Laboratory in Saskatoon for assay.
The first wedge hole was started at 1940 metres in the mother hole BR08-3C. There were 5 wedges established in the mother hole to shallow the hole and gain distance to the west across the Broulan Reef property. The first wedge hole was completed to a length of 2737 metres with a final azimuth of 330 degrees and a dip of 60 degrees.
A second wedge hole is now being established to extend the strike length of this new zone on the Broulan Reef property to the south. This second wedge will start at a depth of approximately 2040 metres in the first wedge hole.
The acquisition of the Gold Eagle property and continued exploration by Goldcorp indicates a significant new gold bearing system is being defined in the Red Lake camp. Production from the Bruce Channel system will undoubtedly contribute a significant proportion of mill feed to the Red Lake complex of Goldcorp over the coming years.
Efforts to date by Cypress and Skyharbour indicate that the system may be significantly larger than previously known.

Efforts to date by Cypress/Skyharbour indicate that the system may be significantly larger than previously known. Results from drilling to date have confirmed prospective alteration continues on to the Broulan Reef property and that the target warrants further testing. A first daughter drill hole is currently in progress from hole BR08-02 to further define the orientation of and variations within this highly prospective alteration system.
Monday March 9, 2009
Wedging has now started on the first of several planned daughter holes from BR08-02 at a depth of 1940 metres. A series of wedges are now being installed to allow the first daughter hole to explore the known alteration / mineralization at higher levels and extend the exploration drilling to the west. This daughter hole will allow Cypress and Skyharbour to further explore the highly prospective portion of the Balmer assemblage formation below an important thrust fault intercepted in the mother hole. The companies are encouraged with the mineralization seen to date.
Cypress' VP of Exploration, Dave Busch, PGeo has been logging and splitting all cores from hole BR08-02 and all cores are being submitted to TSL Laboratory in Saskatoon. Assays are pending. A great deal of excellent geological information is being derived from this drill hole.
