Hendrix posted an update(thx hendrix) over on sh stating they had loosened some of the wedges when attempting to blast free the rod. He said that they now couldn't wedge from the 2200 meter level but didn't specify where the where the wedge(s) broke loose(blocking the hole).

Can anyone add to this? I assume we could wedge again just above where we loosened the other wedges but by the time I called tonight, they were gone for the day and may not be in tomorrow because of Rememberance day(from what one of the FO staff said...although the market is open in both the U.S and Canada tomorrow for the holidays.....don't see why they should be gone).
