You gents are probably doing the smart thing. I live in the states and with long-term cap rates due to change at the end of 2010 and a 1 year holding period needed to qualify, I am reluctant to dump my core long-term cap gains position with a socialist running the show down here. I have exited my short-lived trading position with a small loss in hopes of buying back in at lower prices.....although the price is holding amazingly strong for now.

Last year the crew was gone from about the 18th to Jan 9th if I remember......hate to be a grinch but these guys should only be gone for no longer than 10 days after their screwup.....as I believe it takes a week to start everything back up again.

Looking for some good opportunities myself but kind of hard at this time of year in the limited window before any Dec lows due to tax loss selling. I always get locked into some company that takes a dive and has me waiting to get my money back.
