D-Box Technologies Inc. grants stock options to senior officers

LONGUEUIL, QC, Apr 4, 2008 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- D-Box Technologies Inc. (DBO.A) announces that on April 3, 2008, its Board of Directors granted an aggregate of 975,000 stock options to D-Box's five senior managers. The exercise price of the options is $0.45, representing the closing price of D-Box's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on April 3, 2008. The options expire on April 3, 2013.

The options were granted under D-Box's Stock Option Plan. Following the grant, 1,015,429 options remain available under the stock option plan.
