D-BOX concludes a licensing agreement With another movie studio "Blue Underground"

LONGUEUIL, QC, Jun 3, 2008 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- D-BOX Technologies Inc. (D-BOX) (DBO.A) announced today that it has signed a licensing agreement with another movie studio, Blue Underground, Inc. (Blue Underground). The license agreement specifically grants Blue Underground the right to embed D-BOX Motion Code(TM) on selected Blu-ray(TM) titles. By the same token, Blue Underground confirms that a Blu-ray(TM) version of the 1980 movie "The final countdown" will be the first D-BOX embedded title it intends to release.
