Folks, I beg to differ with your assesment of the situation.

The Restec windmill has a completely different gearbox and pumping mechanism. It uses a counterweight a bit like the oil pumps used in the oil rigs. The only similarity with the Windtech windmill is the shape of the blades ...and that's all. Do all cars look alike and perform the same? they all have an engine and 4 wheels after all!

Mr. Sutz himself admitted to have worked for Windtech and tried to improve the Windtech concept but was never given the go ahead to do so. This is what prompted him to leave and spend 10 years and 5 million of private money to build the Restec.

The Restec is the MOST ADVANCED WATER PUMPING WINDMILL IN THE WORLD....PE-RI-OD!

As for the argument that there are not enough drill rigs available in remote areas is true. But that is not what will stop Dakshidin from expanding. Actually far from it because they use this as a profit center by supplying customers with and "all installed" option thus providing their own drill rig and crane.
