Hi starjets.  In your search over the last 6 months of windmill companies, have you heard of WindTech?  Their website is www.windmillpower.com and you can call the number and someone that actually is involved with the design and production of the product will talk with you.  Or, you can email and they will respond.  The product they have is a result of receiving patents on the very windmill that dksc is currently marketing overseas.  They may not have worlwide contracts with foreign entities, but they are very familiar with Sutz, since they developed this windmill together.  They have installed this windmill in various locations throughout the US and in fact, use a manufacturer that has been building windmills for over 100 years!  Flash distillation and R/O (reverse osmosis) as well as desalination of water has been around many years now.  RH
