Hi starjets, I actually hope dksc has a valid claim to their great positions that appear to have been made thus far. I truly do. I held a very large position in dksc prior to finding out about this possible snag. I still have a very reasonable position (at times) with dksc shares. The idea of joint venturing with multiple players in multiple countries is indeed a very wise marketing strategy. However, one has to question a US company with a product that seems to have no exposure in the US except an IPO for overseas growth when there are several areas within the US that find themselves in the worst droughts in history. Starjets, it sounds as though you have actually spoken with Mr. Sutz regarding this situation already. The folks at Windtech tell a little different story. I just don't know who to believe as of yet. Does dksc have patents in the US, or anywhere else for that matter? Do you happen to know that answer? If so, the information is very easily verified through the US Patent Office. Mr Eggleston, who worked with Sutz does have his patent registered. Any others that you are aware of? Still doing my DD. RH
