Mr. Sutz effectively worked for Windtech before and tried to have them invest in improving the design but left out of frustration and went on his own to develop the Restec MK10.

The latter may look like a close cousin but it is as close to it as a rabbit is to a jackhammer .

Now, I have yet to find any public filings regarding a pattent infringement. But if you fing one, let me know!

I would also like to add that before signing on a line of credit ,the Chinese bank (let's call it a subsidiary of HSBC ) must have asked for disclosures of such nature. I have worked legal contracts before involving large bank loans and they always require any pending litigation. Since Dakshidin got a line of credit, I must assume that they are clear of any possible patent infringements or else it would mean serious litigation.

Anyway, I am confident that we are not headed that way.
