Anyone long in dakshidin, needs to read this email I received today from the actual patent holder of this windmill:

I did speak with several people who called me about investing in DKSC several weeks ago. I am fairly busy at this moment to do what you asked but for the sake of clarity let me tell you what I know.

My company, WINDTech International LLC, holds the US Patent on push-pull windmill technology as described in US Patent # 5,366,342. The inventor listed on the patent is Richard Sutz who assigned all rights to his invention to a company called Softwind Limited Partnership. I was the sole investor in Softwind. To make a long story short, after nearly 2 years of legal action against Sutz and his partner who were running Softwind LTD for assorted reasons, they agreed to settle rather than go to court. They assigned all rights and all property of Softwind LTD over to a newly formed company WINDTech International LLC. As part of the settlement with Sutz, he agreed to a non-compete clause for 2 years. I lost track of Sutz but knew he had created a company called Restec...that was dealing with speed reading. I have since seen Sutz's Restec web site as well as his joining forces with Dakshidin. I would personally not disagree with your assessment expressed below that Dakshidin has taken our patented product and gone over to China to produce a windmill using our technology. I am in the process of seeking a legal opinion to find out if Dakshidin, which has a US office in Las Vegas has violated our patent buy using our patented technology in China. We do not have a Chinese issued patent.
Much of the written material and description of their windmill reads verbatim to material Sutz gave to me in 1992 when I as an investor got involved in the wind business. I can tell you that WINDTech spent nearly 4 years improving and building the OASIS 3 low-wind water pumping windmill. We have sold about a dozen units and there is no question that the need for water is paramount in developing countries...the difficulty is getting them to buy the windmills to satisfy their need. Most every country we dealt with wanted one if not two units for free to demonstrate that they can do what we claimed. There were many other problems with entry into many of these countries including not having a boom truck to erect the windmill in the area that they wanted to install one.
I wouldn't presume to ever tell anyone how or what to invest in. I leave that to you. I can tell you that the windmill business is very slow and difficult. There is no doubt the need is there and the numbers are dramatic but the realities for a company to reap huge profits has great obstacles. I hope this helps you. If I can answer any other questions...feel free to e-mail.
Sincerely,
Peter Michaelis, President & CEO of WINDTech International LLC.
