Nick Laroche is or was a shareholder and maybe ( i cannot confirm this ) one of 6 directors of zupc.ob.

That business did not take off and clearly tanked- fine.

There was no prosecution ( I have looked everywhere I could).

So, I still don't get it.

Where is the scam to defraud investors in Dakshidin?

Why would Dakshidin be a plan to milk investors?

If I own shares or Bear Stearn today (the stock tanked from $160 to ..$2 ) and am on the board of Citibank,would that make me a scam for Citibank shareholders?

Clearly,the failed investor is trying to quench his revenge by attempting to smear a promising business. I can't accept that.
