Yesterday's FAO meeting in Rome discussing the world's food crisis is significant because member countries have proposed creating a global agency to unite all others treating the same subject ( IMF,World Bank,FAO,etc...) and streamline the logistics process for emergency food relief in the short term and fund agriculture projects on a massive scale to foster self sustainance locally.

One has to know that in our world right now, 25,000 people die every day of hunger ( about one adult every 3,5 seconds and 1 child every 5 seconds ). Also 3 billion people live on less than 1 dollar per day and 2 billion go hungry every day.

In this number, 865,000,000 people are starving outright-a crime -in my view.

Our planet has enough potential to feed 12 billion people but sadly, much has still to be done. 20 years of neglect and wrong policies have created the massive spread of hunger, diseases, despair and political instabilities. The production of monocultures to repay national debts has destroyed the family farms and the FAO's plan is to restore the family farms .

The FAO's plan would collect between 20 and 30 billion dollars every year from rich Member States to develop agriculture in the the 22 poorest countries-many of which are in Africa-.

This effort will require massive production of water and electricity in remote areas-a real chance for Dakshidin if it plays its cards right -as well as the supply of farming equipment, fertilizers, seeds and pesticides.

Dakshidin's management must structure its organisation to go global and make its products ie,the RESTEC MK 10 and 10E known by the deciders to contribute in this unique effort to double the world's food production target by 2030 date which will see almost 10 billion people on our mother earth.

This is an opportunity that cannot be passed!
