Well it appears that it usually leads to a high bid-ask spread. Hopefully it can work for us. Not sure though because the way the Market Makers have been trading this recently, and the way the bid is getting whacked, I am somewhat skeptical. ATDS needs to generate some confidence somehow (new contracts etc.) I know that they have been firmly paying down their debt with existing contracts, and when that is done the PPS will take off.
