There are alot of claims other than the chromite that are held by Cliffs and their subsiduaries. These could be little bonuses for Frank. Maybe his back door plan if a major tries what Cliffs has done.

I am sure someone has their eye on these claims any other theories.

I believe Debut Diamonds is going to be a very attractive company in the not to distant future.
