Sierra Metals Announces Graduation to the TSX

VANCOUVER, July 5, 2013 /CNW/ - Sierra Metals Inc. (TSX-V:SMT) (BVL:SMT) ("Sierra Metals" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its common shares (the "Common Shares") have been approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") and will commence trading on the TSX at the opening of market on July 8, 2013. Concurrent with the TSX listing, the Common Shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). The trading symbol of the Common Shares will continue to be "SMT".
