Thinking the original owners might be biting off their foot here. Convertibles without a delay date, which is typical, so shareholders can brace for the infusion of shares is not all that shareholder friendly, except for those shareholders with the convertible notes.

Theorizing they want, at least, 10 baggers so sp will have a tough time getting through 30-35 until the 3-cent converts are gone. Bird in the hand and all, but greed kicks in also. Probably a little more than half through them now, using the 70% Big Guy formula. 12-cent converts will wait until above a buck to get their 10 bagger on them. Just my theory on the 10 bagger.

Decent close today, but think the convertible note holding Bears (ConBears) gave retail a reprieve and took the long weekend, starting yesterday (Thursday) noon. Probably had some limit orders in for any pop today and looks like sp was kept down until the afternoon again.

PR on sports figure has been talked about since first PR right after the reverse merger. Not sure if any board or advisory positions are open, but most pR's have been about additions to the company. The recent PR about signing a supplier got buried in all of the sp devastation.
