I'm a private investor in your company. Could you tell me who developed the Fuse Science patents....were these developed by in-house researchers on the payroll of Fuse Science, or by way of an arrangement with outside research consultants (i.e. Universities, etc.)? Did Fuse Science buy the rights to the patents from a third party? Does Fuse Science own these patents outright or will they pay royalties to a third party for their use? How many Phd level research scientists (excluding administrative managment positions) are directly employed by Fuse Science to do the R&D necessary to bring new products to market?
