Message: The company needs these items in place to succeed - otherwise failure.

There is a lot more than results to make a company succeed.

First, they need Investor Relations. I do not see this declared - does anyone know if they have declared a contract for IR?

Second, they need a strong investment banker to 1) support the price and 2) bring in buyers for the financing. Someone said Canaccord was involved, well, they usually don't stay around for long once they blow off their free options and warrants.

Third, a strong shareholder base which includes the CEO, management and those close to the circle. This is an absolute must.

Fourth, access to capital. This is obviously critical and generally tied to the results of the property over the long-term.

Fifth, and perhaps the most important, a plan to raise capital appropriately in an effort to keep the share dilution to minimum. If insiders sell to take down a private placement, they are the only ones to benefit in the short-term because they sell at higher prices, do a lower financing for free, take some money off the table, and get a free warrant to flood the market later.

Lastly, the investor base needs to be broadened based on the viability of results, not because there is a promotion in a penny stock going on.

Good luck to all, this is certainly going to be long term. They have already consolidated when I bought in, and if they don't prove enough value, dilute the company with low share financings, then everyone will loose with another consolidation.

And finally, the big one, a good resource market with speculators buying for speculation. Unfortunately, this isn't in place yet and may be the one thing to kill this play.
