Yes,but he's filling it himself.Because no one is willing to back him.That alone speaks volumes of their trust in him.He made a rookie mistake,and has been paying for it ever since.He should have been drilling right in the centre of that anomoly.Not fooling around where his soil samples had good results,but no survey had been done..Anyway,hopefully for the shareholders,he won't make the same mistake twice.There's a reason you do a survey to begin with,and it's not so you can drill outside of it.
