Selling below Private Placement strike price - what does this mean...?

Pretty sad when stock is now offered at $0.06 and no one wants to buy it... Selling are getting out at $0.055, below the private placement strike price. Sad day in the resorce market everywhere, will there be an end to these poor market conditions?
