Attawapiskat Property, Ontario: The Attawapiskat Property is being actively explored for diamonds at no cost to Dumont by Kel-Ex Development Ltd. ("Kel-Ex"), pursuant to a January 27, 2003, Option Agreement. Kel-Ex completed earning an initial 50% interest in the Property well ahead of schedule in 2004 by spending at least $1.67 million on surface sampling, power-auger drilling and related mineral testwork, in pursuit of positive exploration results obtained from portions of the Property.

Based on results reported by Kel-Ex (and its partner Metalex Ventures Ltd.) from extensive sampling, drilling and mineral processing, all indications are that Dumont’s claims and immediate vicinity host diamondiferous kimberlites which are the source to the diamond indicator minerals and diamonds identified to date down-ice. Work by Kel-Ex and Metalex continues with priority on delineating diamond indicator trains within the D6 fan. Although this work has been interrupted by intermittent delays due to dispute resolution discussions among Kel-Ex and its joint venture partners, which were recently resolved, paving the way to resuming work on the Property. The property has been downsized to retain only areas which have yielded discoveries. To that end, approximately 55 square kilometres of the 91 square kilometres previously held, were allowed to lapse in 2006, based on poor exploration results therefrom. The Attawapiskat Property currently comprises approximately 36 square kilometres (36 square kilometres as at March 31, 2008).

Dumont entered into agreement with DeBeers Canada in June, 2008, whereby it ceded to DeBeers future surface rights to which Dumont might be entitled over an approximate 60m wide right of way path across the Property. The surface rights were ceded to allow DeBeers to build a road crossing the Property, to gain access from its Victor Mine to its Zulu kimberlite pipe to the south of the Property. Dumont retained right of access over the contemplated road which will enhance and facilitate future access to, and over, the Property.

Dumont received notice from Kel-Ex in November advising that exploration the Attawapiskat Property will resume under the Operatorship of Arctic Star Diamond Corp. (ADD:TSX-Ven) given the recent resolution of certain disputes between Kel-Ex and its joint venture partners.

Dumont incurred an aggregate of $1,452 during the period ($161 in the comparative period last year) toward the Attawapiskat Property, related to monitoring of the Option and claim renewals.
