You know those 322 cannot be all the shareholders. Brokers' held shares are likely counted as one for each broker, as someone suggested on another board.

You can imagine that a large brokerage House must be holding shares for hundreds of shareholders at a time.

Looks like OTC-Pinks use this argument to delist or stop reporting, but I'm not sure of this...
