I posted this on Stockhouse but I think it's the answer.
I think investors are aware that they won't open for business for at least 6 months and probably a bit longer so chances are it will just hover where it is until we get a lot closer to that time - unless there is news of another deal or two like the one in Britain or something else really big.
Also, the news coming out is likely to be just a series of steps being fulfilled on the march to opening - nothing really exciting. I think we'll see something very different when they announce that they're open for business - and a lot more investors will suddenly become aware of what's happening. I can wait.
