good point westfilm - I don't know why I didn't tune in on that point when I was answering spinner's assertion that the housing market isn't doing well in some areas. And the article that risky pointed out shows why this exchange has every reasong to be a success. Another thing to keep in mind is that this will be an exchange so anything can be listed not just real estate - is that not correct?
