Fraud is a terribly strong word and does not enter the picture here. The frustration is with program automated day trading, mainly Jitney flipping every 1/2 cent. Sometimes they win, sometimes they lose. Very similar to standing over a roulette wheel with a trunk full of hundreds and betting black every time.....you win/you lose, then you win. Unfortunately for EAG, we are saddled with this, the DT's have chosen EAG as their roulette wheel....ie 16 million shares in a day.....all programmed....hits 24 buy, hits 24.5 sell. Sure would be nice to ditch this anchor.
