Message: Eagle Hill current/projected valuation?

Cannacord Genuity (in their May 3rd Junior Mining weekly Report) calculates the insitu value of a group of ~40 gold juniors based upon their MCAP/oz in situ for an average of ~$130 CDN/in situ Gold oz. The group includes such high flyers as Osisko (actually now in production) so this obviously skews the results (p. 31 of 42: http://serverside1.com/CanaccordMay3-2011.pdf).

For arguement sake lets go with $100/in situ oz Au (give Eagle Hill a bit of a premium for perennially being in one of the worlds's top exploration/mining-friendly jurisdictions ).

EAG current MCAP ~ $27 million (fully diluted) which is ~equivalent to 270,000 oz of gold in situ, using the above metric.

Hopefully Eagle Hill will not release a 43-101 until such time that it has in fact reached that 1 million oz target. Presumably the market will re-rate the company accordingly at that time, which would make it a 3-bagger from its current SP. Perhaps this is wishful thinking on my part.

Cheers, Luker
