I do not see any value in a RS. Large Companies look at smaller comparies based on many things and a few extra shares floating around can be corrected easily.

Just look at what they did by telegraphing a reverse split to the public. Drove the share price down further.

They did not share this information with the shareholders first. The told the public and it is probably months away yet.

I believe Windfall Lake is a fantastic deposit but not sure about the management any longer.
