Questions:

1) Is the company making the stock more attractive, so to speak, with share consolidation to garner a better price from a major looking to possibly buy them out ?

or

2) Are they hoping to play a game of exponential leap frog by artificially increasing value through perception just prior to the release of winter drill results, to attempt to jump further into higher double digit sp values ?
