It has been a long time but their persistence has finally paid off; after years of approval process and opposition the Cortina project is finally going ahead. Surprisingly the share price has not yet appreciated, but it can't stay at this low level for much longer. As this project comes to be a working asset this Fall investors are going to appreciate the value here.
