They say the darkest hour is before dawn and this company is no exception. The last piece of the puzzle to fall into place is the road access by the Colusa county, and this is under evironmental review. Don't know how long this takes, but according to the person at the Earthworks office they still plan a start up this year, this may be obfuscation. At least it seems thee is a definate plan for the road, and it is probably more how it is going to be buildt rather than if. Accumulation of shares at this price should be quite profitable as we truly are at the end of a long process and rewards are not far off.
