East Asia Minerals Corporation ("EAS") (TSX VENTURE: EAS) is pleased to announce further to its news release of May 9, 2011 the completion of the NI 43-101 Resource Estimate Technical Report on the Miwah Gold Project, Sumatra, Indonesia, dated May 5th, 2011 (the "Technical Report"). The Technical Report has been prepared for EAS by Mining Associates Pty Ltd. by a Qualified Person, Mr. Ian Andrew Taylor BSc MEIG MAusIMM (CP), an independent QP for EAS, and will be filed on www.sedar.com.
