Electrotherm India`s board to mull raising of funds

Electrotherm India announced that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on Mar. 03, 2008 to consider raising of funds through qualified institutional placement (QIP) or preferential allotment of equity shares or any other means.

The board will also consider increasing the borrowing power of the board.
