Nano Europa: Sub-€10,000 Electric Car?

Considering Tata is working with Electrovaya and TM4 on an all-electric version of the Tata Indica, we might logically assume that there's a small group of engineers in India also exploring the practicality of an all-electric Nano.

So, the question is? While Germans are snapping up Dacia's as quickly as they can be produced, might they also do the same with a sub-€10,000 Nano, be it diesel-powered, plug-in hybrid or all-electric?
