I don't think people are understanding the significance of this recent bout of hiring. The company just finished retooling and increasing their capacity and it is already maxed out for one shift. The two recent deals announced represent only a tiny portion of their manufacturing capacity, even if they had to deliver all 15,000 telecom towers in India this year they would still have capacity left. If they had to deliver say 5,000 BEV's that would just take them to the limit if you include the recent deals and say a few more large scale grid projects. Then you have to add whatever is included in the extra capacity for the second shift. All in my opinion.
