No it does not say Toyota in the presentation and I did not mean to imply that it did but it is common knowledge now that Toyota has been talking with Electrovaya. If you call IR they will confirm this openly. Also if they do strike a deal with Dongfeng and Nissan their JV is in china not Japan so I would anticipate a plant in China and not Japan. But if Nissan liked the batteries as well (theirs are not as good IMO) they could certainly team up with Electrovaya as well. But as far as the conglomerate that signed the MOU with Electrovaya it is Toyota there is no doubt about that. Imagine Electrovaya announcing a production deal with Dongfeng and Nissan then shortly after announcing a deal with Toyota. Their SP would and should increase substantially and the buy-in by Toyota would then be worth it. As an example Electrovaya's outstanding shares are a little over 70 M., if their SP went to say 10 dollars that would be 700 M. market cap. A 10% Toyota buy-in would give Electrovaya 70 M. for expansion.
