Just call investor relations, they will confirm the MOU was with Toyota and they are currently talking with them. This was initially revealed by Craig Irwin from Wedbush securities when he said he read an article in a Japanese newspaper stating that Toyota was talking with electrovaya and they were bidding on deals together. So for me electrovaya stating that the MOU is with Toyota is confirmation enough. The Dongfeng deal has tremendous potential because they have JV's with several other OEM's including Nissan and Renault that are focused on EV's. Just connecting the dots there is something big happening IMO because they are starting a second shift after just finishing their retooling and increasing their manufacturing capacity. They are increasing production substantially, we just don't know what it is for yet. My guess would be the Dongfeng deal and they have increased production here until they can build a plant in China. It could be any number of deals coming to fruition, I don't think we will have to wait too long to hear what is happening.
