They would build a plant in China. The initial demand would be fairly low and electrovaya has said they could ramp up production and build plants very quickly. I don't see that as a problem. With the demand they just announced in the latest financials I would be surprised if a new plant was not already in the works. They have also said they are continuing to ramp up production at their current plant in mississauga. I believe the line of credit they are working on will include provisions for expansion.
