New to the forum but i ve been following it for a long time.

I ve been following electrovaya since 2008 through it s ups and down I m not an avid investor.

I ll apologize in advance for beeing a newbi and asking a newby investor question but could someone explain to me in layman s terms the recent insider actions by Paul Hart . It doesn t seem very good at first glance and through whatever terms i could look up on investopedia
