3. The CEO is not going to let go of this company. Its his baby and he strikes me as the type of person that cares more about the long term success of it than any short term gains. Perhaps it would faster if they hired more people and seasoned CEO. However, the net loss would become larger. I don't like the slow pace, but I think his approach is going to pay of in the next 12 months.
Keep in mind that the CEO did pick up 1.3 million shares of the private placement @ $0.90. It represents 40% of the total placement of 3.2 million shares. That was in mid June with the Q almost finished. I cannot forecast $0.90 will be the floor but if it dips below $0.90 then it represents a price that is cheaper what the CEO paid two months ago. We'll see how this plays out.
