a) This is normal for EFL over the years. Big spikes because of the tight float yet a long way down if it has nothing to follow through. News is very spotty with this company. Flippers get impatient.

b) Paradigm is not done selling yet. A large seller in this stock will keep constant downward pressure and then daytrader & shorters will pile on. Get used to it.

c) TA shows well oversold. Should hopefully see some improvement soon.

d) Re-iterating the $15mil rev guidance should bold well for the last 2 Q's.

e) Paul Hart selling may be immaterial. He needs cash like everyone else to maintain his house. He'll get more options to replace what he sold.
