onlygame... as you said, the shares in the placement might be still escrewed shares. It does not stop them to short that amount and cover the short with the escrewed shares later when they become available to sell.

genew... regarding the average price per share sold, that information is readily available in stockwatch. You do need a subscription to review it. Today, Paradigm stopped selling before the last hour of trading so we have to see what happens next week. If it really stops, then the share price should be stabilized somewhat.
