whysosoon, ... I did think of that possibility but don't they usually have to hold for a set period before they can even hope to unload those private placement shares. Isn't 90 days a fairly standard time frame? If so, they haven't qualified.

I was looking for more details on that financing to see what the stipulations were, but there was nothing in the PR's. Probably have to dig it up on SEDAR. If anyone has it handy, could you please post.
