I guess it's not surprizing we're in the middle of this kind of volatility considering what EFL is trying to accomplish. They need to get cash from somewhere. Not sure what Sankar's selling (or lending for that matter) will do for EFL's position. Unless he is trying to avoid dilution and will lend EFL the cash from his float. In any matter, a lot more complications.
