In 4Q FY14 PR it is mentioned:

"Electrovaya is planning for an acquisition in Europe. This is the largest European producer of lithium ion battery electrodes and separators, with capacity of about 500 Mega Watt hours."

Adress of Evonik Litarion production plant for ceramic separator is same as Li-Tec in Kamenz

Li-Tec, Litarion battery and Separion ceramic separator are all located in Kamenz plant.

Make sense to bet Electrovaya buy all.
