onlygame, I went to Canadian Insider and there are two transactions for Dec 31, 2014. One is a sell and the other is a buy (same amount) with the comments as "Change in the nature of ownership". So someone is definitely buying in. Gupta is letting them in on the cheap.

Then we have the additional issued shares which means dillution for us share holders.. My only hope is the earlier money raise was for Germany and now this money raise is for a joint venture battery plant in India??
