Hardstop, I think you are onto something. I just got a copy of yesterdays Cleantech presentation. On a page called "Investment Thesis" there is a bullet point titled "Managing Growth: 1. Take advantage of stranded multibillion $ assets for turn key growth.

2. License the technology to large, existing battery manufacturers.
