They are not using EFL battery because EFL does not have a factory in china and "lithium iron phosphate battery" is a cheap man's battery and those Chinease are well known for cutting corners and lack of quality in their products. Simply put their phosphate battery is nowhere near the performance of EFLs superpolymer. They weren't willing to pay for a superior battery manufactured outside china.
