I don't even know what that is intended to mean. All I know is that this company is barely treading water and its investors are getting tired from it. Gupta et al were recently re-elected (or should I say re-appointed) as the leaders of this company, and it does not appear they are throwing in the towel quite yet. But time is running short.

I believe it is possible for them to finance the purported German acquisition (largely) through debt and grants, but they need to shore up investor confidence or the whole thing crumbles. If it hasn't already.....
