According to their financials they have had zero revenue from the U.S. for the past six months so I don't see a connection there. As far as the production I believe it has been difficult for them to keep up with the technology changes and production, they have been constantly improving and upgrading and that requires retooling. It appears that they have been working on this new battery with the inclusion of the litarion technology for many months now. Hopefully they can concentrate on production now and contracts.
