OG - I can appreciate the positive head-space everyone is in at the moment. I too think the Litarion deal has huge potential for them - IF they can marry it their own technology.
With respect to the headline, EFL has proven in the past that they are not afraid to embellish or overstate the orders they receive. The release on the Chinese "order" does not say it worth approximately $1M. It says the company has "qualified SEPARION" and that their "requirement is expected to be greater than $1M in 2015 and growing to larger amounts in 2016". I don't see anything in there that asserts EFL has signed a contract to deliver $1M worth of SEPARION to an identifiable customer. They may have a contract with them, but for how much we don't actually know. It could be a small amount for testing or prototype purposes and not a commitment to actually use SEPARION in commercial production.
Again, not trying to rain on anyone's parade, just pointing out that the bottom line is revenues, especially for a company that booked only $280K/$573K in Q1/Q2 2015 and posted concurrent losses of $1.9M/$955K. The "transformational aquisition" has great potential, but until they start booking some real contracts and posting some actual profits, it is all very forward looking.
I say this as someone who has bought and held EFL stock since 2004, and have been waiting for 11 years for them to get some traction. I'm rooting for them, but I've also learned to be wary of big pronouncements.
